Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, any time with 30 days notice. Most Content Engine clients upgrade to Growth Engine within 90 days once they see what the first modules deliver. We don't lock you in and we don't penalise you for changing scope.
What's the contract length?
Monthly rolling on all tiers. 30 days notice to cancel. Plus a 30-day money-back pilot on Content Engine — if the first batch doesn't deliver, full refund, no questions. Annual billing available on all tiers (10 months for the price of 12).
Is there a setup fee?

Who owns the assets?
You do. Every image, email, blog post, ad creative, and pricing model is yours forever — even if you cancel. No licensing traps, no ransom.
How do you handle US vs international billing?
USD primary via Stripe. GBP and EUR invoicing available for UK and EU clients. W-8BEN-E treaty form provided to US clients on signing — zero US withholding tax under the US-UK treaty. We handle all tax compliance on our end.
What about response times — you're UK-based?
